How to cancel my order?

From your Account or ask customer care to cancel your order via Email, Whatsapp, or Contact form.  use the relevant communication considering the available support times mentioned on https://prakashreadymade.in/contact-us/

 

Here are more details applicable on cancellations:

-Free Cancellation: 

for your order in which shipment tracking ID is not shared with you via email (usually it’s before order dispatch time).

-Partial Paid Cancellation: 

for dispatched shipment of your order, in which shipment tracking ID is already shared with you via email (usually after order dispatch time)

-Refund will be processed within 5-7days  from prakashreadymade.in the support team in your original payment mode.

-In Free Cancellation, a full refund of a customer order is given.

-In partial cancellation, flat Rs.50 is deducted from customer order to pay reversal of the customer shipment from mid-way back to company warehouse.

We do not accept:

  • Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear & boxer shots & socks.lungis &bath towels
  • Return & exchange days should be mention in product details

 

 

How to return my ordered item?

Here are more details applicable to return requests:

– You have 15 days from the delivery date to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item needs to have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

– After return request approval from customer care, you need to send back your item to our warehouse address (it will be shared by the customer care).

– Return items should be sent in appropriate packaging to avoid in-transit damages.

– Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

– Item refund will be processed as per the results of the received return inspection.

 

How to Get a Refund of my order?

Here are more details applicable on refund requests:

– Your refund will be approved depending on the returned item condition or customer care investigation based on your problem photos and videos.

– As per the item condition, you will be given a refund of the item value or return an item if the item is not in good condition as time off delivery.

– Item value will be taken from your order Invoice irrespective of its current price on any sales channel.

– If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), and for cod, prakasheadymade.in account wallet payment will be done.

– We refund the amount within 7 Working days from the refund approval date.

– Like any real-world transaction, refunds happen for item value, not the logistic charges. In a similar way, if you paid any shipping charges for convenience then they are directly paid to shipping partners and the company only gets the item value that you pay. so a refund of item value can be given in any approved case.

How to get an exchange or replacement of my product?

-Replacement request: In this, your ordered item needs to be approved for refund. for approved orders, your refund will be processed and you need to place a new order on our site for fresh items rather than resellable items.

-Exchange request: In this, your ordered item needs to be approved for refund. for approved orders, your refund will be processed.
